Presented on the following pages are images of designed and directed by me, known in the USA, the Bright Meadow estate (Jasna Polana), located in Princeton, NJ. Formerly owned by Mrs. Barbara Piasecka-Johnson (Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical corporation co-owner). I directed this unique 57,850 SF reconstruction, interior design, fit-out, PM and construction management project as a Principal (Chief) Architect, Project Director and Construction Supervisor (full scope of design, A/E, fit-out and construction supervisory services) in 1989-91. I had a pleasure of designing all details, all phases, managing consultants, contractors, construction and furnishing processes. I was my client's Main Design, Real Estate, GM Consultant responsible for all project phases, budget, purchases, payrolls, fit-out and construction supervision. Also, I have been: Financial, RE and Business Development consultant for other projects in Washington DC, Poland (historic palace), Gdansk (shipyard purchase intend) and in Manhattan (apartment remodeling).
