    Presented here are the images of selected historic projects I have directed, designed or constructed between 1989-2021: the Middleborough Town Hall, XVIII c Pilica Palace, known $39 Mn USD Jasna Polana mansion (visit Interior Design pages for more details), Rostok Town, XIX c. dworek Boksyce, Untergohren, XVII c. Sta Madalena residence, Lublin Town reurbanization. Additional projects have not been photo documented or their plans lost (Checiny Town urban revitalization). All projects presented below have been designed, directed by me, and PM-ed, constructed under my leadership.
    On this field, I offer full array of services, that include: design & project management, reconstruction / remodeling and classical interior design supervision. Also, my services cover historic preservation (XV-XX c.), architectural design per historic codes / styles, missing details custom redesign, urban revitalization, classical interior design, general management, budgeting, scheduling, furnishing, HVAC,  fit-out, historic details custom manufacturing, MEP, moldings / hardware selection and purchases, interfacing with the clients, leading consultants, supervising contractors, marble / granite / oriental wood / fabrics import, consulting the Municipalities, working together with towns departments of historic buildings preservation and the Ministries.     While working on Historic Projects I add or improve as many details as allowed
    by the architectural cannons from the époque bld was created. As a result,
    I deliver much more attractive architecture and more comfortable spaces. Pls see the
    differences above: old and proposed by me the elevations, the details.
