On this field of architecture my credentials include reconstruction of ~$29 million BRIGHT MEADOW (Jasna Polana) mansion in Princeton, NJ, formerly owned by an art collector and a billionaire, Mrs. Barbara P. Johnson (Johnson&Johnson Co.), 650 SM (sq.m.) dworek Boksyce, Sta Madalena, 7,800 SF Sylvester, space planning to historic reconstruction of the ~2,900 SM (sq.m.) Pilica palace, 8,000 SF deWitt, Sta Clara, Yong-Young residencies. Also, I was conducting 2,200 SF - 23,500 SF remodeling and historic reconstruction projects in Europe and the US.
Available styles: Contemporary, Colonial, Neoclassical, Victorian, Cape-Cod, Portuguese Quinta, Polish Dworek, Rancho, Florida Bungalow. I accept projects above 2,500 SF (185 sq.m.).

Small scale projects (below $300,000 in construction costs) are billed on hourly bases
American Institute of Architects contract between Architect and Owner is provided
A retainer of $2,500 is required due to the above agreement - part of last month billing

Options: security systems, house camera monitoring, outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, custom designed home cinemas, exercise rooms with sauna, professional exterior lighting, custom designed panelings, crown moldings, baseboards and doors, stainless steel kitchen appliances, marble and hardwood flooring, electr. power generators, water filters, remote open gates and garage doors, and more.
